Collections Hidden Although Assigned to My Store and Not Hidden by Me

Hello!

I am new to Zazzle, happy to be here, and hope to stay here for the long run 🙂

I created my store in December 2022, and have 30 collections so far. Here's the issue I'm facing: when I'm logged in to my store to work on it, I can see all my 30 collections on the Collections page, no problem. But when I'm logged out - as if I were a visitor - then I only see one collection on the Collections page. I checked that all my collections were not hidden and assigned to my store, so that's not the problem. I don't know how to fix this.

I hope you'll be able to help me with this. I sent a message to Zazzle's customer service but I'm still waiting for their answer. I thought I would ask you too in case you know how to fix this issue.

I've found that organizing the order of the actual collection (not the products within the collection) makes them disappear from public view. To make the missing collections visible to the public again, the info in the listed links will help. I just simply went to the collection, removed the check mark (from the mini menu next to the heart in the upper right corner of the product image) of the first product, then re-checked it. It worked for me, all collections are now visible to the public. The moral of the story is, once you have the collections in the order you want them, don't organize them again until this issue is fixed (or if you do, you'll have to make them visible again). Having to do extra work just to move collections around isn't helpful (especially since some collections are seasonal), so hopefully this will be fixed very soon. I hope it works for you and that you're able to make your collections visible again. 

I wanted to add that I just discovered that editing the text on a collection also makes the collection disappear from public view.

Thank you very much for your help and tips DesertSky, I appreciate it. I will try these and hopefully it will work. Apparently we are not the only ones in this situation, so let's cross our fingers that this annoying technical issue will be fixed. Happy New Year 🙂

Update: it worked 😃 Except for collections that only have 1 product, but it's no big deal to me as I'm working on completing them. This said, I hope this bug will be fixed because it's a real hassle to have to do that.

You're welcome! I'm glad to hear it worked for you, too! Also, just so you know, a collection must have seven products in it before it will be visible to the public. So, once you add at least six more products to those collections they should automatically be visible too. Happy New Year to you too and welcome to Zazzle, it's a great place to be!
