collections not showing all designs

UPDATE just talked to live tech and they said there is a technical issue on their end with my store. I pray it is resolved quickly. 

 

I have almost 2000 designs in my collections. They aren't showing up and it is just a mess. I don't know what to do at this point but I have customers reaching out to me. This is devastating my sales. 

What a mess. I will be calling tomorrow first thing. Just hoping maybe someone can give in sight as to how this could happen. 

I have also emailed for help.

I have contacted Zazzle and they say it is a tech issue on their end. No idea when it will be resolved. I would appreciate some input on this. Has anyone else ever had this issue? If so how long to resolve?

I'm seeing all the collections with products in them so it looks like the Tech Team fixed it.

Maybe the glitch was caused by tissue paper going out of stock perhaps? I have no idea but everything looks good. Just give your collections a couple of days to index and everything should be back to normal

Yes it came back late yesterday after about 2-3 days. I don't understand why this would effect mine or if there were others. Mine is the only one that I know of. I am thankful it is back up and running. 

I am just a little disappointed in the fact that after our communications I never received any notification that the tech team had fixed my issue.
