Some collections are not showing in my store, and they are set to show.  I can't even put a new item in one of my collections as it's there, but it doesn't show up for me to add to.

 

I think my store is hosed.

To help the Tech Team investigate, can you link to the collections that are not showing in your store?

Also double check in edit collection  - Collection Channels - Your Stores - that you've enabled them (submit to save)

I see 17 collections attached to your profile and 17 collections attached to your store

If you've only just created products and added them to a new collection - they still need time to index

 I can't link to the collection. When I click on it, it says it doesn't exist, but when I look at the collection, it's enabled in the marketplace and store. I can't even add items to the collection, and fewer than 100 items are in that collection. This is what it looks like when I am not logged in.Screenshot 2025-05-20 at 5.37.02 PM.png

It could be a borked collection (it happens) It was updated yesterday - of those products you added to them - when were they created?

You could remove the products - delete the collection and try again
