Collections not showing up under shop. https://www.zazzle.com/store/letsgetmarried/collections

To be clear they were there before. I haven't made any changes but no collections are showing.

Perhaps following the edit - save workflow on a collection might fix it?

@Heather mentioned that there was an indexing issue so perhaps that's got something to do with it too

They don't even show up in my work area when I'm in my shop. But if I look in under my account interface, you can see that it supposed to be showing up in that shop.

If it were indexing, that should only effect collections that have been recently edited I think.

@ZBug I meant if you go into edit the collection then follow the steps @LynnRose did for her collections to show up in her shop

ie. Click the green 'Your Stores' make sure it's enabled  then click save and wait. Collections are very slow to index any changes it seems

Ah, I see. I did one to test, but I have way too many to do by hand. But if that works it might give Zazzle something to look at to fix.

Collections also disappeared at the back end of the store. The only way to get to them is individually by going to a product page and see the collection halfway down.

This is not fixed. My sunnysites store (https://www.zazzle.com/store/sunnysites/collections)  is lacking all collections except for one.

Here are some examples of collections that I don't see neither on the front nor backend of the store:

I just discovered that only 8 of my collections are showing up. I believe I had at least 12-14 collections. Are we now limited on the number of collections we can have?? Where can I find my missing collections??

No we are not limited. If you go to your main account (not a shop) and look for the collections there, you'll see them. They are working on fixing the problem.

ZBug, okay I see them in my main account, but can't add the collection that I want to feature in one of my stores. I assume that's the problem they're working on. Hopefully they'll resolve it soon. Thanks.

Well, I have 6 of the 73 now showing, so that's a start.

It seems the problem's still not fixed. Not all collections are showing in my store.

It's getting worse. Most collections now also disappeared from my profile.

I have several collections in each store that are not showing. This has been going on for a while in my shops.

And why my products haven't been indexed yet ? and last view date isn't updating either .It's been about 5 days since the issue has been started poping up again

This is what I got from Zazzle Chat today, if you haven't yet resolved this.

"Unfortunately, we are experiencing some issues with Zazzle stores indexing at the moment, this includes collections and categories. Our technical team are looking into this and working to get it resolved as soon as possible."

Another problem with collections, I thought I could still organize products within a collection by moving the latest products on top. When I return to look at my collection, the ones I moved to the top are back on the bottom again. I want my newer products to appear on top. Has that been a problem for others?

it depends what type of collection you are trying to organize and the time it takes for collection to index and save your changes.

If it's a cross sell type - there's a burger menu (next to the Add Products button) where you can rearrange the product slots and that should change the public view of the collection (not the order of the edit collection view slots - they will always stay in that order)

You still have to wait for the collection to index your changes (could take a week depending)

I've just tested one of my cross sells using Manage Custom - Ungrouped product sort - dragged and dropped and change the order - then viewed on Zazzle (top right) and the order had changed so it was pretty immediate

however the order within the edit collection hadn't and that's expected behavior I believe.

If it's not a cross sell type - just dragging, dropping and waiting is the name of the game
