Collections Not Showing Up

I have twenty collections and only 15 are showing up in the public marketplace.

I have 24 collections missing from my public shop. All of the collections show up in the back-end of my show.

Good that you posted about it. It is likely a glitch/bug. Since at least several shops have posted about it since yesterday, pretty sure Mods and Tech are aware. Hopefully the Mods will post tomorrow saying there is a fix in the works.

While the original problem has not been resolved and there is still a bug or a glitch, I did get the collections to show in my public storefront.

I don't know if this will stick and the collections will show up permanently or temporarily, but I went one by one and deleted 1 product from each collection and then immediately added that product back to the collection, I deleted it from.

Sometimes, I had to delete the product and add it back a couple of times, for the collections to show up.

If the collections disappear again, I will post here and let everyone know, so no one tries this and it doesn't work.

Hopefully after the holiday season, this problem can be addressed.

I have 275 collections (about 12 are locked because they are not complete).

Try the steps below, not sure about the 12 locked ones. Unfortunately, it does take alittle while to do all the collections (deleting 1 product from each collection and then adding it back to that collection), but hopefully it will work for your collections, so they will show up again, in your public storefront.

Since the MOD's will not be available until after Jan. 1 to help with this problem, this seems to be a fix and may actually be a permanent fix.

I deleted my holiday collections, now I have 12 total. Only nine are showing up in the public marketplace.

I know there are now 3-4 post in the forums about this problem. Hopefully Zazzle will combine the post into 1.

I received an email from Zazzle customer support this morning and the Zazzle technical team is aware of the issue and they are working on a permanent fix for the problem. The steps I listed below for an immediate fix, is still working in my shop and all of my collections are showing up in my public storefront, with no problems.
