Configurable Shapes

Hello, I have been trying for a few days now to use the square on my design. It will only go big or small. It used to allow me to make the shape long across the item but it will not. This is very frustrating as I'm not able to make any designs.

If you hold down the shift key while dragging the corner anchor point, it should work to give you a rectangle.
