Constant Scrolling When Trying to Change Stores

Hello,

I want to switch some cards to a store I recently created.  But when I go Store Category to select New Products, it's endlessly scrolling.  This has been going on for two days.  Is there a glitch that's being worked on?  Here is a photo of the problem.  Thank you.

Hi Zazzle,

Do you guys know if I can do anything different?  It's been scrolling for days.  I need to move some of my current products to this newly created store.  I can't get past the scrolling.  Thanks.

AH. It wasn't clear in your first post. You cannot move an existing product from one store to another store. You can edit the design and re-publish as a new product choosing to put it in a different store, but you can't move an existing product to a different store.

I apologize.  I meant to say just what you said - to edit the product and re-publish it as a new product in the new store.  Under "store category", when I click 'select', it just scrolls endlessly.  I'm wondering if that's going to be fixed.

Do you actually have any categories created in the new store to choose from?

Not that I created.  With my other store for babies and kids, I just defaulted to New Products, and it was fine.  I thought i could do the same with this store, but it just endlessly scrolls when I try.

Looks like there weren't any categories in this store. I added one called "test" (and set it to private) and now the spinning loading graphic is fixed.

I'd recommend adding one or two categories to this store, then deleting the "test" category.

Let me know if you continue to have issues here.

Thank you.  I thought I could do the same as I did with my other newer store - the default of New Products.  This is great to know.  I very much appreciate your help.
