Continued issues with Featured Products category

I have read several postings, some dating back 2 years, stating that creators are having issues with not being able to remove items from Zazzle's default Featured Products category...and the headaches with this category still persist. I also read a posting that the Featured Products category is no longer working. Many of us can confirm this. Why can't Zazzle fix the problem or at the very least delete it the category.
I uploaded 4 items to the Featured Products category on June 2nd. When I checked the storefront, the category name is in German and it is not even a proper translation. How did this happen? I've corresponded with several reps regarding the issue, each one following up that the matter was forwarded to the technicians. One of the responses passed on by a rep from a technician was "that they could not translate this particular text is not intended to be translated to English, based on the a number of factors involved when first creating the store." The store was created in the U.S. 4 years ago, the store was created in English, the entire store is in English with the exception of the German text that no one knows how it appeared.
I requested that the technicians 2 weeks ago to remove the 4 items from the category since I could not on my end. Not remove the items from the store, just from the category. They cannot.
I checked back today hoping for some positive progress...now a 5th item has "miraculously" appeared in the foreign language category meant to be the Featured Products category. What are the chances that if I write regarding this problem that the response will be that the technicians have no idea how it happened and that they cannot correct it.
