Photo cover images on invitations and paper stationery products are clear and crisp when I upload them, but there seems to be an issue once Zazzle post them along the in-situ images, they look a bit blurry. In invitations with floral details it is less noticeable, but when an invitation is only text then it becomes very apparent. Instead of attracting clients attention with eye-catching mock -ups it shows a bad quality image, reducing the invite's appeal.
Here is an example with a floral invite where is less apparent: https://www.zazzle.com/elegant_floral_and_terracotta_watercolor_wedding_i_invitation-256871337971721...
Here is an example with only text invite where the issue becomes very apparent: https://www.zazzle.com/elegant_monogram_dusty_blue_watercolor_wedding_invitation-256699023352615132

I have contacted Zazzle's support before and they advice me to take screens shots from my products with the image zoom-in, I have done so and still the images look blurry in Zazzle (again, not blurry when I create them and upload them to Zazzle). I have tried with screen shots from editor screen as well as from product page with same result.
The blue ( just text) invite comes in a variety of colors and I've created photo covers for all of them, which took a lot of time and effort, and now I'm thinking maybe is best to delete them as they might give a non-professional look. I'll appreciate any help from Zazzle's technical team Thanks!

I had a similar problem when trying to upload banners for collections and stores. Hopefully technical can get to the bottom of it.

Can you email the original Cover Photo image over to the Pro support and write "Attention Scott" in the email body?

Hi Scott, When will this feature to use your own mockups if you'd like to, be available to all? Its frustrating to not have the functionality as someone who's been here a long time. Are the beta's super random, because the ability to also edit old designs is being given to shops that have been around a year or two vs some longer term accounts as well. I'd love to be able to adjust some old designs without losing the off site marketing for them
