Cover Photo Loads But Is Unresponsive to Appearing Behind Product

I successfully uploaded a cover photo background for a two different cards. In about 24 hours it did appear in the row of thumbnail merchandising views, but just as the photo cover--no holiday card appeared appeared on it. I tried selecting it as my view for my holiday card so I could see it behind my card product, but without result. It did not appear behind my card in the product view. (Option to "remove photo cover" was available, so it was loaded.)

I didn't couldn't find anything explained exact instructions on how to make it work behind the card product. I thought it'd be automatically there once uploaded. The photo cover upload window made it seem so.

Are you maybe thinking that the system is supposed to insert the image of your card into the cover photo for you? If so, that's not the way it works. Your cover photo has to include the mock-up of your card. It doesn't change when the customer makes changes to the card, it's just a static image. Not entirely sure I understood your question, but I hope that helps!

I'm thinking you've misunderstood.... the cover photo has to include the product in the first place... It doesn't replace any of the other mockups, nor is your product automatically inserted into it..

Here are the instructions: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1l5ewyw9d9k-rq9KPgd0raAXR1Yonxs8wrZieJccZ4UY/edit#slide=id.gd...

And once you've loaded it and it shows in "Your Images", you generally have to load it again into the product page. It generally takes two and sometimes more times to see it show up there.

Thx for replies. It was the word "provided" in the photo cover upload window in the phrase "Zazzle provided main photo" that misled me. Still it would be better if Zazzle provided more detailed directions.
