Cover Photos Blurry

Recently, uploaded cover photos to my store appear blurry. The image is only blurry upon upload (not when viewing the file itself). Here is an example: https://www.zazzle.com/classic_black_elegant_photo_wedding_invitation-256894770709375223

Was there a resolution to this issue?  I'm running into the exact same issue.  Blurry cover photos regardless of file sizes. I can't get any cover photos to come out clear.  It's very frustrating.

In order to prevent blurred imagery in cover photos, the original file uploaded must meet the minimum pixel requirements of 2048 x 2048. If you have done this and are still getting a blurred result, please feel free to pass along an example product link and we'll be happy to take a look.

i also saw information somewhere that the minimum is now 1480 x 1480

regardless of size requirement i have had blurry mockups with both minimum sizes
