Cover photos under review since April

Everything I create with this particular design is continually sitting under review for over a month. In this case it is not even the design (which is already approved), but it is the cover photo mockup

? Under review - was it flagged for some reason. I haven't had any cover photos go to review even for products like lighters that must themselves. Or do you just mean it's been sitting on your store's back page without showing up publicly? I did have that happen with one of the first ones I uploaded. I eventually just deleted it, waited a day or two and did the upload again. Then it worked...

With the cover mockups I always have to upload the image twice, only the second time is it accepted and added to the product page, then I go to details and make the mockup image the main image. I do it twice routinely now.

Zazzle systems don't recognize that the word "sex" has different meanings. Thus every time i create a new product it goes to review. But when a customer transfers the product design to something else there is no problem. The design and products themselves are already approved. I went to add a cover photo mockup and it is flagging those as well. Sitting waiting for review since the end of April

Products have been approved. This is because "sex" and Rated G normally don't mix well.
