Cross-Sell Email does not seem to work

Collection Management area for Zazzle Email tells us that
"Post Purchase Collection
"Post Purchase Collection
Zazzle will send customers who purchase a product from this collection a follow-up email showcasing the rest of your collection."
I have my custom email message set up properly, but when I purchased an item from my own collection on the 14th, I, as a customer received no message, custom or otherwise, after my purchase.
I would have thought that the Cross-Sell Collections Email message would go out immediately at the time of purchase. Please let us know at what point in the process those custom email message are meant to be sent.

I find it strange that Zazzle would send an email after the purchase. Wouldn't it make more sense to alert the customer to the collection before they buy in hopes of adding more to their cart?
But yes, it's weird that you made a purchase and never got the email. I thought it was immediate as well considering many of these events are time sensitive.
