Customer Support Email No Reply

I sent an email on 14th May,  regarding my cheque Payment issue and they didn't respond. Hence again I sent emails on 17th and 21st. still I haven' t get a respond. Is anyone experience this from customer support?

I am also having the same problem. I've even wrote another email today. I wonder what is going on.

My payment was also cancelled without a reason, they haven't replied since the 15th.

Could you please give an approximate estimate of how much "shortly" is in Zazzle years?
We're close to the end of the month and I still don't know if I'll get paid next month or not. Unfortunately, utility companies and shops only accept cash and credit cards, not promises.
