Customers Unable to add Products to Cart

Just had a customer message me (still not getting email notifications for messages by the way) saying she wanted to order some of my invites but couldn't add them to the cart. The cart button is not showing before or after editing a product for me either. Needs sorting ASAP.

Also, images on announcements  that have been left editable (so they can be moved/resized etc)) show with a  'change for your own image' alert, even though I specifically did not select that option for that element/layer. Nothing seems to be available for purchase at the moment....

The Add to Cart button is inactive because you have the image on back of your design set to "force replace." The "force replace" feature is intended to be used with placeholder images so that a customer doesn't place an order with stock images on it.

In the case of your design, this image is just a red background image, so not sure why you have the image set to force replace. The customer may want the design to contain a red background image as it suits the design, but you're keeping them from ordering the product this way.

I would recommend editing this design, then eliminating the force replace on the images (it's unnecessary for this design) then publishing again, and then sending this customer the updated link.

I never selected force replace   - because it's not needed - I just  left it as editable. Earlier today I created several stickers. I left the textual image editable, but not force change, and now it's having the same issue - can't add to cart before/after editing..

This is not a solution - for me to have to edit products that were previously fine. There is obviously an issue at your end.

I've never set the back to force replace for ANY of those invites which are ALL now unavailable for  sale - including invites that have been available for over a year and invites that have been ordered  multiple times including  over the last few days. And as I said in my follow up layers I know I did not select as 'force change' are showing as that. Something has changed at your end  so that any unlocked editable image shows as a 'force change'/design error..
