I'm not sure how long this canvas print has been showing like this, however the design includes a light blue background that is missing from the product page. If you look into the Design Tool the blue is still on the design. Viewing the recommended other options I'd say mine isn't the only canvas print with this display issue.

When I look at the product page on my Mac, I see a very very pale blue background on the product.

The background looks white in my iphone. Very pretty, Lynn Marie.

it is absolutely missing -- I went into edit -- that is a problem. And, yes, it is an adorable design that should have it's background.

I also went into the edit mode to see the actual details of the product. The background of the canvas is definitely blue, but the realview (or whatever the image that Zazzle presents to the customer as the product view) is washed out and appears white, but I can see a tiny tinge of blue on my monitor 28" monitor. Here is what I see in the product view and then the edit view:

I see the same as @DancingPelican on both my phone and laptop. I can tell the background is not white, that it's a very pale/washed out blue (#D9EFF8). If you choose another color of same, uhm, low saturation like #EBD9F8, you get the same washed-out effect on the previews.
But if you choose more saturated colors, the previews look pretty much the same as they do inside the Design Tool. And if you look at other product types using the same very light colors, their previews also match what is seen inside the Design Tool.
So is this maybe just a case of the actual product material not being one that pale colors show well on?

"So is this maybe just a case of the actual product material not being one that pale colors show well on?"
Could be Col. I had a pale pink version with the same issue. It's definitely the pale color on Canvas. I think it's a lighting issue in the situs. There may be a small chance it's my color on my computer too. But because it's the canvas only issue with pale colors, I tend to think it might be on Z's side.
Thanks everyone. 🙂

Hey @LMGildersleeve,
Thanks for flagging this issue. It may be due to the nature of the product, but I have reported the issue to the team and I will let you know when there is an update.
