Download Mockup option with cell phone not available

I was hoping to download the product mockup with the cellphone showing the product is downloadable. But that view isn't an option.

Is this a glitch or expected behavior?

I came to check to see if others are having the same problem. I can't download mockups for some of my listings either, and I'm on a pc.

I'm able to download, the issue I'm seeing is that the option to download the image with the cellphone (indicating it's a downloadable product) isn't available in the download options.

It use to be, I've downloaded that image style and then added it to my own background.

Any news? A friend does have this view available for download, but I don't? I don't understand why? I must be doing something wrong?

@Mark  I couldn't edit my last post, I misunderstood my friend, she does not have the cell phone view either. The cell phone view still isn't available. Do you have any news on when it will come back?

I'm having similar issues. The Download link in the top menu bar isn't working for me at all, and when I refresh the page all of the menu links along the top disappear.

That's a different issue. Here I'm asking about missing the cellphone image option when I am choosing different views to download.
