Even though I could not choose to view them all due to the issue I mentioned, I just got done deleting them all .. using bulk select (thank you Sara) over 2500 in a very old very neglected store .. but Ive noticed this same in many stores .. it just simply does not go ahead and show all of them, yet when you go through page by page, there they are .. I think I have them all pretty well cleaned up now .. next move will be to get rid of products the design looks terrible on.. if this all combined with revamping descriptions and tags.. doesn't bring sales , time to say goodbye to certain stores .. some stores frankly are not worth spending my time on.. they're just taking up space .. and actually quite embarrassing.. (what was I thinking?) comes to mind .. lol those entire stores will be hidden .. last ditch efforts before divorcing them for good .. there are only so many hours in the day.. so .. sometimes you have to delegate where your time is best spent .. better spent in up to date designs and products vs old fashioned stuff that hasn t sold .. and usually .. looking at them.. for good reason lol
