Editing Sports Hats Problem

Hi, just to report that, when I'm editing a Sports Hat, the whole editing area is in shadow, as if the printable/editable area has not been defined. This makes it difficult to see what you're doing and position things correctly.

Hi Zob1,

Sorry to hear. I've taken a look at our hat products and can't seem to find what you're referring to.

Could you possibly provide a screenshot of the issue you're seeing or a product ID if it's a specific one you've posted?

Once we have this information we can then look into it further.

Thanks! 🙂

Hi Cian. You might know the product as 'Performance Hat'. Here's a screen shot, with a T-Shirt on the left showing how it should look, and a Perfomance Hat on the right with no bright/printable area. Every Performance Hat looks the same in the Editor for me, all other products are normal (like the T-Shirt). Hope this helps 🙂

Here's a different Performance Hat, this time showing all settings etc. As you can see, there's no defined 'design area' with shadow at the edges, just complete shadow.

@Zob1 Could it be that you have "Dark Transparent Grid" selected?  When inside the design tool, there are setting options, top left in the blue bar.  There is a "Settings" link/button there.  Click that to get a drop down.  Look and see if "Dark Transparent Grid" is selected.  If it is, click it and the design area will be white and not grey or shadowy...

Hope this is it and is helpful.

Hi PC, thanks for your suggestion, I've checked, and I have Dark Transparent Grid switched off. I'm pretty sure this an issue with all Performance Hats in the editor, rather than my settings or one of my products 👍
