Grouping Not working

Grouping of products is not working for the last 2 hours. Getting an error message when I try to group products. This is with foil cards, not sure if it's just those products or all grouping. Anyone else having this problem today too?

I'm getting it as well; about a week or two prior to the error popup I've also noticed that no products are being grouped anymore as well

Same with me. I have been waiting for eight groups since August 8th. No action. I wonder if the same people who review the grouping are now overwhelmed with the reviews of the redesigned products, so they just can't do the color grouping anymore at all.

Definitely could be. The error message I keep getting is that the request failed to send. So, also makes me wonder if there's a problem with the code where they are not receiving the requests? I submitted a help request. Is there a different place to submit a bug report? Thanks!

That option doesn't work for me either for more than two weeks. Before it didn't give me an Error message, but since yesterday, when I ask for product grouping, appears that message.

This problem still exists for me.  I have gotten the same error message for days.  Was there ever even an acknowledgment from Zazzle that “group products” is not functioning?  Frustrating.

Manually grouping never results in the things I need to be grouped to actually get properly grouped. Not ever, since they introduced the option. stuff is grouped very oddly on most of my products and many things that need to be included aren't included at all. Does it actually work for any of y'all?

The grouping requests have been going through just fine without the error message for over two weeks.  Unfortunately there has been no grouping for anything I’ve submitted.  Seems like there’s still a problem, just a different one.  Is it just me, or are others still having problems?

Grouping is still not working after requests successfully submitted. This problem has been ongoing for months.  Where does a fix stand?  This useful function would have helped to boost sales during the Christmas season.  Surprised it hasn’t yet been addressed.
