Having an issue with a blank card template

What is happening? I had this happen a couple of times today, and it just happened to a 6 photo layout greeting card. I noticed it happen to a card when I started from a blank card. I usually just use one of my previous cards and rearrange it. But since this was a multi-photo layout I decided to start from a blank template. As soon as I clicked publish - this happened.  I'm not understanding what am I doing wrong.zaz111.jpg

So I tried it again from my Saved Designs tab... got all the way through the listing and back to the same message after publishing . This is the listing https://www.zazzle.com/pd/spp/pt-zazzle_flatcard?dz=92272691-96e6-4e0e-984a-ff626f33b256&side_name=f...

Then I looked at my storefront home page and  one of the cards is showing as discontinued and the ather has the visibility turned offzprob.jpg

Im wondering why would a holiday card flat 5x7 template would be showing up as a discontinued product.  I ended up making the one that I tried to update today "public" and it seems to be working and showing up, but I still have designs that I'm trying to figure out on how to list.

I had this exact same thing happen with a blank 5x7 flat card but unfortunately I deleted it so can't provide a link. I tried again from the blanks and it worked. Bug, maybe?

I am also having this issue, but to make things worse, it is not in my "saved designs"

I rescued it for ya. Check your Saved Designs now. Look over the product one final time, make sure Envelopes is "White" and then publish it again. Once that new product is published (assuming it's working properly) then you can delete the old product that's giving you an error.
