Unable to select and add multiple products to a collection in the backend

I've noticed this issue for a couple of weeks now.

I have problems adding multiple products to a collection in the backend. 

A blank Select a Category dialog box pulls up, and I'm stuck at the black Loading circle. 

The only thing I can do to get out of the loop is to refresh the screen.

Anyone else notice this?

I'm using the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge ... same results on both.

Hi @Roberta , this is happening across all products and collections.

ETA as of 8:01 PM, Nov 11, the loading problem appears to have been resolved.

I have a similar issue with an existing collection. I've added some additional products to it and reorganized the order of appearance, but now the new items are not showing up in the collection. When I try to add them again, I get the following error message:

Not helpful at all!

Hi @Fizzy,

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. Can you provide a link to an example of one of the new products that you added to the collection that are not showing up now? I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

You're most welcome. It looks like these cases are sold out at the moment which is why you are receiving the error when trying to add it to a collection. I'm sorry for any inconvenience here but I hope that helps.

Huh. So you're saying that if an item is temporarily sold out, it gets removed from a collection? That's a tad inconvenient for us Creators. We can't possibly track all those items, and then once they are back in stock, re-add them to our collections😲.

I am having a similar problem with collections, when I click on view 200 they do not populate.  I was told to wait a bit for them to populate, I watied 20 minutes for all 138 collections to populate so I could move the Christmas holiday to the top. The collections did not open up to allow me to do this.   So I cleaned my cookies on Chrome browser and I checked to make sure it was up-to-date. Tried to open up collections to 200, waited for all to populate and again nothing happened all I saw was the collection on 1st page.
