Having trouble adding products to collections

Hi, every time I try to add a product to a collection, this is what pops up on my screen. All I can do is to hit "OK", then it clears, but when I try again to add to a collection, the same thing happens.

figured out the issue this morning: out of stock products cannot be added to a collection.

no workaround at present, unfortunately. all we can do is wait until the product is back in stock and then add it to the collection.

you're welcome! I experienced the same thing at least a few times over the past year, but never investigated why it happened until today. 🙂
