Hi res download issue

Hi! I'm trying to download previews of my holiday cards (YAY!! So excited about this!) BUT for some of them only the back is downloading! How do I get the front? It seems kind of random which ones do front and which do back - can't figure out rhyme or reason. Am I doing something wrong or is this new feature just buggy?

Do you have the front of the card visible on the product page? I think it will download whichever view you have it set to - at least for the mockups. I still haven't quite figured out the "download artwork" thing.

I understand that it downloads the mockup that's visible. I'm talking about the "download artwork." It doesn't matter what I have visible. For some cards the front downloads and for some the back.

I just tried it on a pillow. It downloaded the artwork for whichever side I had the preview on the product page on.

ETA: also worked for getting the backside of a postcard and a folded 5x7 greeting card.

That's what happens when I download the mockup. But if I try downloading the artwork, for several cards, it will only give me the back. I've only been doing holiday cards and some of them work and some don't. At first I thought it was just horizontal cards having that issue. But then a horizontal one downloaded. So I don't know. But the mockup seems to be working for everything I've tried. It's just the artwork that is inconsistent.

Hmmmm.. I was having the same issue, but the other way around. I could only get it to download the front. I tried again yesterday, and it seemed to work, but I only tested one product. I don't know what that means, but it sounds like there's some sort of an issue there.

I tried every view and clicked "download artwork" and every time the backer is what I get.

I do have other horizontal holiday cards that *did* download the front properly, but interestingly, I haven't had any issues with any vertical cards that I've tried.

It seems to be product specific - I mean, product-type specific. When using the "download artwork" option, I can only get the front to download on both 4.5x5.5 and 5.5x8.5 paper sheets - at least all the ones I've tested. Here are 2 samples:

Full sized paper sheets (8.5x11) work fine, as to invitations & postcards. Though I haven't done extensive testing of all products yet. Hope that helps!
