How do we know our royalty change requests are officially pending?

When I change royalties before the 20th, how do I know my change request went through? Sometimes in the Royalty Information section of Edit Details it shows the newly requested rate at the top and the current (before the 20th) rate in the main section. But sometimes that doesn't appear. So I don't know if my request went through or not. And sure enough, the 20th comes and goes and my request hasn't gone through/the new rate hasn't turned over yet.

I've tried all sorts but that pesky pending royalty won't appear

edited to add - the royalties have just changed on my pillows btw - and it's not the 20th - I'm just puzzled why the pending royalties don't appear anymore

I've tried bulk editing my royalties twice today and they aren't showing as pending.

@James can you please assist? My royalty rate change is not appearing. I want to be sure it takes effect the 20th of this month.

I checked your account and can see lots of royalty change requests from 3/8. We can only see a certain amount of requests so I'm sure the others are there too. While the changes are not being reflected as we think they should, it does looks like they are all being recorded.  These should take affect on the 20th.
