Indexing Issue, again?

Have others experienced indexing/ new product delay again? Products since 8/29 not posting? 

 

Just wanted to see if it was just me or if it's everyone, again?

Nope, not just you. Last products of mine that posted to mp were on 8/28.

Doing it again..... my last products to show are from 9/15 and I have created quite a few since then. Customers can't buy what they can't see!

Yes, only 1 (out of order at that) from 9/15. Everything else awol.

My products aren’t indexing either. Also, I searched the marketplace as a customer. Photos are loading soooo slowly… especially if I go past page one of the results.

It's been a week since anything has been indexed. Any chance we could get an update on when this will get fixed?

The frustrating thing is, all the stuff that posted before 9/14 was also on a indexing delay of about a week. So my concern is that anything that gets pushed through after the next fix, is the next group of products also going to be on a week delay? And ongoing? How do we plan for specific occasions if we are losing weeks at a time? I think I am going to skip some of the plans I have and move ahead a holiday or two because of these delays. Really disheartening though...

And sure enough, this happened. The batch of products that was stuck has been pushed through, but now we are about 5 days behind again on another batch of new products. Oh Zazzle, I hope you guys can find a permanent resolution to these delays!!!

So I still have 4 (not so new anymore) products I made on 9/15, still not showing up in the mp. All my 9/16 products are in the mp, as well as 4 other 9/15 products. And then anything I've made 9/20 & beyond is still not showing up.

When will this be fixed already?

It’s even more maddening because it doesn’t just index the product all at once if you have subcategories. I might get a product to finally index after 4 or 5 days only to find that it didn’t index to the subcategory it’s supposed to be in. So now I’ve got empty subcategories showing because apparently the system realizes something is coming, but it’s not there yet, so it looks empty.

Some products have been sitting for about 10 days now, stuck. Not being indexed. Products newer than that have shown up, but then there are also newer products, 3 days old or so, are also not publishing. Can we please get some word on why this keeps happening exactly and what should we reasonably expect going forward? Please!! Holidays shopping season is upon us, and these issues are definitely going to cause problems.

@JB I'm 100% with you on this! At least it's not just me. I've posted in the other thread on this with PIDs, called Zazzle, then sent them requested screen snaps & so far it's been CRICKETS! I feel like I'm wasting my time creating new products. 9 products created 9/20 & 9/21 are still awol. Then products made between 9/22 – 9/26 have appeared and are all good. But then nothing created 9/27 – on have shown up. PLEASE, please, respond!

This is really frustrating especially since there hasn't been a response on this thread from Zazzle since 9/19. I am missing designs created from 9/20 and 9/21 (those created after 9/21 are in the MP). Any updates @Scott ?

Happy to see things posting again, but like others, products from the 20th and 21st are still not showing up. I've taken to remaking them as I feel like they will index faster than waiting as its been 11 days. But there is something up with those 2 dates specifically still.

Yeah, there's definitely something going on with products made on 9/20-21. I had 9 awol & 1 finally showed up today. (The 1 that sold. And it only sold because a customer asked me to create it & I sent her the link, not because it ever was in the mp at that point.)

We are delayed a handful of days again for new products posting again as well as the missing products from 9/20-9/21. I just want to know if waiting 5-10+ days for products to post is going to be the new normal so we can manage expectations 😫 

Or at least a little more insight onto what the problems are and how they are being addressed. My imagination says that you are building a huge server building somewhere in the desert and soon our products will be live the moment we post them, but one can only dream! LOL. Please Z, let us in - what is up?! haha.

It seems to be a gamble whether and when something is going to be published at the moment. I have some products created on the 1st of October that are not appearing:

Is this issue also affecting z-Rank scores? I have a newish site, started on 24th September, which is still on z-Rank -1 at the moment. I haven't finished store completion checklist yet (it's at 65%) but usually the z-Rank starts moving up before that; it just doesn't get to zR4 until a little later. Just wondering if it's related to the product indexing issue.

This wouldn't impact zRank.

All of the examples posted in this thread are appearing in the marketplace. If you have products that are not appearing in the marketplace please list the Product IDs.

p.s. I'm have an older version of this calendar created on 9/21/2022 which I changed from Public to a Direct link a few days ago, but it is still showing in the market place. (I'm searching from another browser where I'm not logged into Zazzle). Perhaps this is a symptom of the same indexing delay??? I keeping this older 9/21 version around until the newer 10/1 version appears in the Marketplace.
