Invisible products in categories backend —-attention tech

Noticed this invisible  products problem several days ago. My categories are showing empty in the backend, but the category icon for the product image is still there. The products that were previously showing in categories and that are NOT now showing in the categories DO show up in the specific COLLECTIONS. As a side issue which may be causing this mess, creating a product, and adding to collection causes all collections to appear and show as having the product added. So the only way to add the product is to post for sale, THEN add the product to a collection. There seems to be a correlation between the collection issue and the category  invisible products. Also note that these same invisible backend products DO show up in the public store front, but that doesn’t solve the problem of not being able to work in the backend area of the shop. Makes it impossible to work on my shop with this major snafu.

 I have noticed the same thing several days ago.  Doesn't seem to be affecting what customers see but does make it difficult to navigate and create products.

That said, my missing poster that I linked in the other thread is not visible in my storefront.

But now I can see two other products in that section of my store are missing. I'm missing a popsocket https://www.zazzle.com/song_of_the_angels_1881_by_bouguereau_popsocket-256721166682310473 and a Christmas invitation https://www.zazzle.com/song_of_angels_by_bouguereau_christmas_party_invitation-256785001571264229 in addition to the poster I'm missing that isn't visible in my public storefront.
