Is "Modify" a design no longer an option

Hello, I used to be able to modify a design after it was posted for sale. It was a great feature to tweak existing designs that would benefit the customer. Is this no longer available? Thank you

I just checked one of my products and yes the "modify design" is gone. But if you edit the design you can still then click replace it.
