Is Zazzle in Intersanctum?

Today I have worked for  about 6 hours.. I have been able to create TWO  3 inch round stickers - the same design in 2 variations - I'm not exactly sure what is happeninging in  the zazzle complex but I feel like I'm in some sort of  alternate reality - so not only have I not been able to upload small images - without a huge amount of patience and then finally success - and when I created my 3 inch sticker and had the design all done - went back to the product page to check the customized  fields and click sell -  there was NO custom drop down for the 3 customizable text fields - - I went ahead and  clicked the sell button anyway - upon opening the  product page  the  custom drop down was there..  I have worked harder today making 2 stickers than I have  making complete  wedding suites.. what is going ON over there..???  it's enough to make a sane person crazy -   SO many things are not working properly and again this morning I have another email from yet another unhappy customer -  that makes 3 in a little over a week -  more than I had all last year and years prior put together.   What have you guys changed over there?  I'm a little  bit worried as this is my bread and butter -  will things get back to some sort of productive team soon?  Not meaning to be cheeky,  but truly concerned  - communication has become absent for the most part both in the forum and in  email communication.   I'm so sad about this  - I want my old zazzle back.  😞

It sounds like you started the design from a product found in the zazzle_templates store. I'd suggest using a product from the Zazzle CYO page here: https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts

There needs to be some sort of warning to creators about those template uses, or lack there of.

If the templates in the zazzle_template store are sooooooo unreliable/useless, why not hide them, delete them, and/or make the store private???  Just saying...

I would agree that it can be confusing to see a blank product and not know whether it's a CYO or a zazzle_templates product. This problem can be avoided by starting with a product from the CYO section of the website: https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts
