Item Just Created NOT Available

It just gets better. I created my RSVP card. I used a lesser quality image to at least get it published. I click on it and I get a message saying the product is not available.

I made it again and again and got the same result. Then I made one and made it hidden during the sell publishing process. It opened right up. Then I went in and edited it, making it public. Here is the link.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the products in question show as discontinued product options. But when you click on those products, there is no product whatsoever. So there was an issue on Friday, both with designing, per my previous post, and with the end product. It was discouraging, to say the least, to be dismissed so abruptly... with only an assumption that the problem was me. Scott did not come back to see my response to his reply. If he had, he would have seen that I did everything right. I would very much appreciate the next time there is an issue, that I be taken seriously. 2022-04-18 (2).png

The products that say "Discontinued Product Options" were products that you somehow published with an envelope option that doesn't exist (yet). Do you remember the steps that you took while creating these products?

As exciting as it sounds to come upon unreleased features or product options, there's usually a reason why they're not available to the public. And, as you can see, it breaks the product page. None of this is your fault, but we'd like to try and hunt down how this happened so that we can keep the pages from breaking in this manner. It's just not good for anyone.

Sorry that this happened. We can probably fix the broken products if you'd like. Unsure if you've re-created the products, however.

Yes I remember the steps. 
 
I went to my products, clicked create a product, then clicked Wedding, then clicked invitations and stationery, then clicked RSVP cards, then clicked 5x7 flat cards.
 
When the issues kept popping up, I also clicked on one of my existing save the dates, in that collection, and transferred the image the same way… clicked wedding, then invitations and stationery, then 5x7 flat cards.
 
The thing is, I have not changed what I did at all, and those products are the only ones that would not publish. All the other ones are public… with no issues. This happened simultaneously with the image upload problem. You can see the screenshots I uploaded to that post, I saved the images correctly.

This is happening to me. I just created a few flat cards, it says DISCONTINUED PRODUCT OPTIONS,  but when I try to fix them, I cannot get to them.
