Laptop Royalty History Verus Summary Versus PC Royalty History All different!

On my laptop I have 12 sales showing for today, the summary only accounts for 1.

Popped on to my main PC and  I have 3 sales showing with today's date, the other 9 are showing for yesterday!

Both computers are running windows 10 and using chrome

After the late payment and now this my confidence in Zazzle is getting challenged.

I don't think Z is the guilty party here.... Given the minutes and seconds match, I'd hazard a guess that your web browsers are 'living' in different time zones.... check to make sure your time zone is not set incorrectly on one of your computers or not altered in one of your web browsers either, because it is possible to change it in both places.

Looks like we show the timestamps in the local timezone for each respective international domain. The UK is approximately 8 hours ahead of the USA, so the math seems to check out. (I'm assuming one browser is viewing zazzle.com while the other browser is viewing zazzle.co.uk)

I'm verifying this with the team just to be safe, but generally:

1. people tend to want the timestamps to be localized for where they are.

2. people tend not to check their royalty reports on multiple different domains.

England is eight hours ahead of the USA? The east coast begs to differ!😁

@PenguinPower, good suggestion, but both computers are on GMT, so I assume they should match.

@Scott, it's only by chance as I the summary bore no relation to the royalty report. I do like to give the IT bods something to think about.

@PenguinPower You might be on to something! The date formats have switched. I have gone into the "DevTools" on Chrome and they look the same. I suspect you are correct, I just need to find the difference. Sensors tab and timezone appear the same. I shall do some more digging!

@PenguinPower You were on point. The time zones matched, however when I switched the laptop form English(US) to English(UK), shut down and reloaded it matches. I don't understand why language changes things for time zones, and probably never will.

Everyday is a school day. Thanks PenguinPower.
