Last viewed date not updating

Seems to have stopped updating sometime yesterday (likely afternoon). Last viewed sort shows a couple products at one day but everything else is 2 days or more

Last sold isn't updating for me, either. None of yesterday's sales are showing up in my stats on the backend.

It is now 1/15/23, the no views issue is still happening in my shop. I sent you screenshots via chat as you requested.  (I realize it’s the weekend so have to wait for your reply to this post) Seven days of no views for  products from 1/8 till today. This is probably still happening to lots of shops not just me, trying to be patient… Can we get an update as to when/if this will be fixed?

I don't see any issues with the Last Viewed Date on my end of things. I reviewed a handful of accounts, some of which are very high-traffic accounts. If you feel that something is awry please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing via Zazzle Chat (link) and we can go from there.

We do see an issue with Last Sold Date. It's worth mentioning that the Royalty report and the product statistics can sometimes get out of sync with each other. This is because these are two separate tasks that run and one task may finish before the other. But what we're seeing here is different. We'll get this fixed up as soon as we can.

What is happening for mine is that maybe 2 products update and then that's all. Given my account traffic it is impossible that i only have 2 products viewed in a day. Right now it is showing only 24 products have been viewed in 2 days. This is suggesting to me the system is not updating correcting

I see no new views on any products I've created in the last few days.  In addition to that, the products I've promoted over the last couple of days show no views which is very hard for me to believe.  I do see that a random product had a view in the last 24 hours and one other item had a view a day ago but all other products are not updating.

There is definitely a problem with the Last View Date... It happened last year and it was fixed, so I am sure it will be this time:)

Hi Scott.  I am also having the same issue with my "last viewed" products not updating properly for the past week.  For example: My linkover history for yesterday (January 15th) shows 28, but not one product was listed as viewed!  Additionally, my sale yesterday is not shown as viewed, nor shown as sold (only shows on the earnings page).  Could you please take a look at my store?  Thanks so much!

I also do not see any views for new products I have created in the last several days—even though I have viewed each product daily. I should at least see my views showing up. There is definitely a problem.

No new views today for me either.  It's discouraging that there is obviously a problem but tech doesn't see it.  When I promote products I usually get at least 10 new views a day for awhile but nothing has updated in the last 3 days on any of the products I've promoted.  Also no views at all on any products I've created since sometime on January 9th.

My views seem up to date, but it doesn't seem to match the data in Analytics. Very few products in the last 24 hours, but many visits in Analytics, does not seem reasonable 🤷‍♀️

Still not working for me. Showing things that I clicked on yesterday that say they haven't been viewed for 4 days. (when it started not updating). And some others say 2 days, so I think at one point it was starting to work again. But it's currently not now, for me at least.

Yes, it seems to have gotten worse. Only days ago, it seemed to update every other day. Now? Not at all.

EDIT: It just updated, but only partially.

It seems to be like December again. Can't tell if is just lagging or has stopped altogether. I can say I do still get bell notifications for sales and they show up in the earnings summary. But I haven't seen my "last sold" filter update yet, the sale took place on Jan 13th, I'll add a reply if I see any change.

Views in my stores haven't been updated since January 10.  I had one sale on January 11 , 2023 but the view date of this product still shows 12/29.

Mine haven’t updated since 1/8/23, and it’s now 1/15, still no views since then. I’ll add a reply to let others know, if my views start again.

Btw, when I posted separately about the issue, I was referred here by the mod, and then ended up like everyone else connecting  this current issue to last year’s thread. It  makes it seem like it is an old issue from last year.

Last Viewed for me updates are lagging by a day or two, and those that show are. at best. a couple. Sales are worse, having stopped completely Jan. 8.

You have been here much longer than I but doesn't It seems like everytime they implement something new something else does not work?  I cannot remember exactly but it seems like we've been down this road before - like the entire month of January none of our sales were tracking - that was how I ended up creating a sales sheet for myself.  I cannot remember the exact year but it was right after the fall when they introduce that create thing letting customers change designs and right before the holiday!   ...... Everyone was going nuts about it in the forum haha and then soon after that they took our forum away and gave us this icky one! LOL

.... anywho it took a toil on the system and it took a month for things to get back running right?  My guess this digital thing is the culprit? And here we go again,
