Last viewed date not updating

Seems to have stopped updating sometime yesterday (likely afternoon). Last viewed sort shows a couple products at one day but everything else is 2 days or more

For me, products that are shown as requiring optimisation are still remaining as requiring optimisation days after my having done so.

this is also because the system is not updating stats correctly. It will not move products to public or add new products needing to be optimized

I myself am more concerned about product stats than whether something needs optimizing

My "Last Viewed" has been fixed as of this morning.  Additionally, my zRank has been restored also, thank goodness!  Hope your store is fine now too!

@Scott, has there been any new updates on this matter? Similar to the creators below, my stats have not been updating for 8 days. In combination with this, the red center guides in the editor have also been missing for approaching a week, as well.

Just curious why this keeps happening, it's been a known issue for many years 😑

My stats were paused during the busy holiday season... I assumed it was because of the busy holiday season. They came back briefly and now they are gone again. It really helps to see what is being viewed.

Engineering has found the bug, and now it's just a matter of fixing it. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA for a fix, but I will update this conversation when we have more information. Very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thanks. My views stats have updated now. I really hope that by fixing the bug that's been discovered, this won't happen again. Or at least not happen as often and as long anymore. 🙂

I think Zazzle should expand their engineering team, especially since theres more and more traffic everyday and they introducing digital downloads.

Hi Scott.  The "Last Viewed" has pretty much been restored in my store (except for the past 24 hour results).  However, almost simultaneously, my zRank plummeted from 8 to -1!  Hoping very much this is a bug!  Any knowledge of this?

My views have updated through yesterday, which is a whole lot better than it's been. I know there have been views today, and I assume they'll show up fairly soon. Last Sold is only a day behind, but for me, at least, this is normal.

I moved your post to the existing conversation on this topic so that we can keep organized. Creating duplicate conversations spreads information out, and it can create a situation where nobody knows where certain information can be found. It can also create parallel conversations, which cause confusion.

Everything of mine has updated to "last viewed 2 days ago". However, I clicked on products yesterday & that's not being reflected. Hopefully, it will be soon.

What does "everything of mine" mean? Are you saying that every single product says "last viewed 2 days ago"?

No, I meant that the products of mine that I’ve been clicking on that hadn’t shown any additional views during the time that views weren’t updating are now saying they’ve last been viewed 2 days ago, whereas some of them were also viewed yesterday. Hope that makes sense now?

My last-viewed date has been behind by a day since they fixed it. Oh, now and then there will be a "within 24 hours," but the norm is now "1 day." I can make sales, but apparently the buyers aren't viewing the product first.

Very slow indexing.

Along with my last viewed not updating which I already mentioned... I have noticed that the weekly notification I normally get which looks something like "You have 74 new items your store." doesn't happen anymore.  It hasn't happened in 2 weeks.

As long as I don't see products that actually sold within the last day as being viewed, this is not fixed.
