Last Viewed Date Not Updating

Here we go again. My Last Viewed Date has not updated in two days. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Just twigged to it this morning... EVERY time they make new changes /additions to the site, the last view goes down!! mst be connected to everything else 🙂 🙂 🙂

I'm pretty new to Zazzle, but getting a bit tired of this. I am thinking to cut my losses and try again on a different platform. 2190 linkovers and not one sale, can't see the performance of my designs. Some designs not showing in store front and who knows what other problems. I already stopped uploading new products about a week ago. Too much work for such little results.

I have the same problem. Last viewed and last sold is not 4 days ago but it's impossible because I get daily sales. I've also noticed for some time the views on the products might be off. Even if I check a product from another computer and ip, it still shows the same number so it might be a general problem?

@Scott Same here, last views are from 4 days ago, sales from 5 days ago. I did made daily sales, so something is off...

Mine was the same. It's the 4th day now the Last Viewed Date have not been been updating even though I have daily sales. Even my new items isn't showing up in the marketplace after waiting at least 2 days. I hope this issue is only a temporary thing.

I have just tried optimizing some of my items (like changing the tags etc.) to test if it would help in any way. Let's see what happens next.
