I haven't had any new designs on the marketplace since March 25. Can you fix it? Thank you.

indexing is behind again for about a week now.... why zazzle is always like this?, I'm worried that it may not just be indexing problem, it might actually affect other things in the store that we don't know about....

Harmony

no indexing in over a week

Please look at my new store and let me know what is happening. Since the beginning only the first created product and it´s variations shows up in the public storefront. https://www.zazzle.com/store/sunnywanderlust/products

Indexing is behind, I think my last showing products are from 3/25 - anything I've listed after that date aren't showing up yet. Once it catches up again, the products you have made will show up on the store.

Indexing stopped for me after 3/22. @Scott any updates? Thank you 🙂

@Scott Any word on when indexing will be caught up?

SandyMDesigns

It has been a week since I created new products that have not been indexed. @Scott will this be fixed any time soon?

Engineering is aware of the indexing issues, and they're currently working on a fix. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA at this time. Very sorry.

Thanks for letting us know!

Scott, can you please explain why this indexing issue has become the norm? I can remember the days when products were indexed in just a few hours. What has changed?

Last product showing is from 3/26, nothing after that.

i am same as you 3/26 last one

Same thing here the last product shown in my store is from 3/26/2024 but I have added several new designs since then.  The products not showing up seems to be a common problem with Zazzle these days with indexing often falling more than a week behind.

I wrote to "Help" last week (when it had been 5 days since my products made it to marketplace and I was told it couild take up to 2 days.  They have since ignored my requests for help.  Last time any of my products went over were products I designed on 3/26 -- but only 1/2 the products from that date.  sorry it's everyone, but glad it's not just me - if you know what I mean ... 😉

I am waiting for nine days now and

Hyrushop

We need to wait at least 1 month. Zazzle has 30 million customers. But how many creators?

all other pod site are in the marked within 24 hrs some within hours since zazzle did there usual update they messed it up you better hope only this because i don't see sales going in as well

Hyrushop
New Contributor II

I do not have sales either. I just design stuff and wait for sales 🙂

what i mean is if all this stuff not working how do you know if you sold anything maybe sale are I AM so happy the other place i put my stuff are buzzy now with my new product's I have 450 in q and 200 I have hidden because I don't want them to get lost and THEN HAVE zazzle say redo them all .from what i can see march 25 was the last time things moved in here 😞

Hyrushop

Understand the frustration. But this seems to apply to every creator on Zazzle.

I've been waiting since March 25 for new designs to be announced on the marketplace,... And the sales are very bad,... It's almost gone,... I don't know if it's related,... ? 🤔

Last products are showing 26th march.  Should we even make new items or is it better to wait?

Hyrushop

Just get 404 on public storefront the whole week. So I have no idea. New products ain't even showing up. I will upload on Zazzle for a whole month. And if I still get 404 after one whole month. I will reconsider other POD services. Right now I am going 100% all in on Zazzle poker face.

I've had the same problem since  March 25, but some of them have just started to appear in the marketplace today 🙂

I am now seeing some products appearing. However it is skipping items, to add to the confusion ...

This product is in the marketplace:

However, this one, created earlier, is not:

Same here. Some of my older products have posted and some have not. And my  newest ones are still not indexed.

For example: not indexed...

Watercolor Exotic Floral Lillies Lilly Large Duffle Bag | Zazzle

Anne

I can't edit my previous post (has that option been discontinued?)
Anyway, products that were skipped are appearing, and the indexing is now 3 days behind.

Again... I haven't had any new designs on the market since May 21st. Can you fix it? Thank you.
