Nooooo!! That's horrifying!! Were they all the same product type? One that needs approval? Did you make the others by duplicating one (the one you deleted)? That is the only thing I can think of because I once duplicated a lighter, then deleted the original one and the duplicate one was deleted as well.
Either way, I hope it gets resolved quickly.
