A customer asked for help with centering their design on both sides of Zazzle's medium size gift bag. I checked and their design is exactly the same and centered on both sides, but it looks off-center in the back view of the product preview AND back view of the design preview.
See images below. The placement of the holes on top on the back side of the bag does not appear to be correct, and I think this is what's causing the design to look off-center on the back. The customer is understandably hesitant to order and I'm not really sure what to advise.
