Missing Sizes and Paper Type on Wedding Invitation Template

On this template:
- Super Thick Paper is not showing for 4x9.25 size
- 4x8 size is missing

Based on what is available elsewhere on generic "flat card" and possibly "save the date" templates, I was wondering if those sizes could be included in the templates with wedding invitation juju on the backend?
