Mugs Are Not Showing Properly

I am having an issue with my Mugs not displaying properly. I want them to show the design in front (front view) but they are showing a side view on most all of them even when I create them with a frontal view. Is there any way to fix this? Am I not doing something right?

I checked with a friend of mine and she says they are still sideways except for a few. They even show sideways on my laptop and phone. Nor sure what is happening.

Not sure exactly what you mean since you didn't post any links or pictures. But if I'm guessing correctly, you have mugs that are designed with the artwork opposite to the handle and you want that view to be the default? If that's the case, you need to go under "edit details" for each mug and choose the view that you want to use under "product merchandising." That will make it show up in the marketplace with that view, however, there's a bug in Zazzle's system in terms of how it's displayed in collections. If you add it to the collection via the product page it will show Zazzle's default view instead of the one you've chosen. To get around this, delete it from the collection, then navigate to your product list in your store backend and add it to the collection from there. That will make your chosen view appear in your collection rather than Zazzle's default (which is the side view.) If you make a cover image it will show the cover in both the marketplace and in your collections. Hope that helps - and it would sure be nice if Zazzle would fix that bug!

Do yo know if they can fix that bug? or go to my store and fix it? It's been that way forever on my store.

Ha! Well it's been a problem for nearly a year now if not longer, and it's been reported on this forum numerous times, so I'm pretty sure it's on their list. Clearly it hasn't risen to the top yet. You could try contacting them directly, but I wouldn't hold my breath!
