New Collection Doesn’t Show Product Photos

Is there a fix for this problem, is someone already working on a fix, or should I delete that collection and try again? All my other collections appear to be fine. Thanks!

I am having this problem with my newest collection. All the products in it have been published, and I can see the collection, but when I click on the collection to enter it there are no product photos there, just the banner and description.

I have the same problem. Seven collections are deleted in last three days. But in the store, where is a "list" of all products, the products from deleted collections are still there.

I made a new collection then moved all the things that weren't showing in the first one into the new collection - and all the products now show in the new collection (as of the time I am typing this anyway!).

I have one collection that wasn't showing any products. I made a new collection with a new banner. Moved all of the products into the new collection. Seemed to be working, but when I checked again, no products are showing. My other collections seem to be fine.

Me too. It's an old collection but I've been adding to it the past few days. All of a sudden - nada!

Indeed! Some of the collections show the headers but no products inside and one has no image at all! I did notice something strange at one point, older collections from stores I used to have suddenly showed up, empty of course as those stores are not in use and no longer have products. 🤔

I have tried everything nothing works.

Another person with similar issues here. To be clear, the collection is still there, still says the number of items, but it looks empty on the collections page and inside the collection itself ("sorry, there are no results"). I'd created it a few minutes earlier, added several products, rearranged them etc. When if first went buggy, I deleted and replaced it; then the new version went the same way.
EDIT: The problem might relate to deleting or editing items in the collection. I've now noticed that a second collection which shared items with the first is also showing as empty.

I think you're on to something - this is only happening to one collection of mine, and it's one I've been adding to in the past week or so. So I think the issue is related to making changes to the collection.... Which is a good excuse to continue to avoid some organizing tasks that I've been avoiding for a while now! 😀

Same thing, it happens when I delete the product and add the new one to the collection.
I created a new collection and then it did it again, it's hard to keep up and time consuming for these two days.
I hope they fix it soon.

We've been doing a lot of work on Collections recently - mostly under-the-hood stuff that you shouldn't really notice. Last Thursday we fixed a bug that was keeping Cover Photo images from appearing on the Collections page. This issue was only affecting a small number of collections, but we wanted to get it right. If you guys are going to spend time adding Cover Photo to all sorts of products then we're going to do our best to showcase those images. The issue has been tricky to track down, and part of the solution to that issue is what caused this. So, for now we've "fixed" this particular issue by disabling one of the changes that we made last Thursday. We'll find another way to fix the first issue.

I am having the same issue. Collections show up but appear empty. When clicked on, the products show, but only then. These collections are not that new.
