I'm a new Zazzle creator and the technical difficulties they seem to be having are ruining my experience.
Based on what I've read on here, I think I'm having a site indexing problem.
One of my products that I created two days ago isn't showing up at all on the store. But products I created yesterday and products I created last week are showing up. When logged in, I can see the product that's missing from my store. But I can't edit details. When I try, I just get a "Loading" circle that never goes anywhere. I've gotten that "Loading" circle a few times now and never know when I will or won't be able to edit my products. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I can understand the 24 hour wait for a product to go live, but this doesn't make sense. It's also frustrating because I have a customer who wants to buy the shirt in question but doesn't see it in my store or search.
Is there anything I can do about this? Would contacting Zazzle help do anything or is this just a sitewide problem that they will work out eventually?

Can you link me to an example product or two that is not behaving as you'd expect?

Here's a link to the product that wasn't showing up at all in the public view of my store yesterday:
https://www.zazzle.com/t_shirt-235264860528810475
I see it in the public view of the store today, so maybe that problem is resolved. But I still can't edit the title.
When I try to edit details of the product, a "Loading..." circle appears that never results in actually editing the details. The same problem is also occurring with the other products I've tried. I can set the category of a product, but I can't use the "Edit Details" option anymore.

Apologies for the delayed response here. I can't reproduce this issue on any of my test products. Are you still experiencing this issue?

Yes. Other issues seem to be fine now, but I still get the "Loading..." circle when I select "actions > Edit Details" on any product in the store. Letting it load for a long time doesn't seem to help either. It just sits there with the animated "Loading..." circle until I refresh the page.

As soon as you create a product, you can send the link to the customer to buy - you don't have to wait for it to show in store.

I might actually do that with this customer if the problem isn't resolved today. But they asked about the product in a comment on Instagram. So I couldn't comment back with the link. And some people consider it rude to send them a private message if they haven't asked for one. Also, I want to change the product name, at which point I think the link will change.

Problem is, unless something has changed you do not get your referral fee if the product is not in the marketplace. At least that is what I've been told when I have not received my referral fee in the past.

I seem to be having the same problem with some new products created yesterday. I thought if I waited over night the problem might resolve itself, but that didn't happen. One of these was for a customer and when I sent her the link she was unable to open it. I found that when I'm signed in, I can access the products but if I sign out, poof, they're gone. When signed out, I get the following message if I try to use one of the link.
Product designed byArray for Weddings is no longer available.
Here are two examples of the products that are disappearing: https://www.zazzle.com/fine_lines_gold_seating_chart_navy_id867_foam_board-256624038664429368 https://www.zazzle.com/fine_lines_gold_seating_chart_emerald_id867_faux_canvas_print-256163897789973...

I made three products yesterday (4.4.2022) afternoon. This morning all three are missing from my Products page in the back end. I had to find these links through my Pinterest pins.
ETA Ironically after I made this post I went back to my Products tab and there they were. Perhaps navigating from an outside source like Pinterest popped them into existence. 😒

Can I please have a moderator look at this soon??? I'm still having this problem of not being able to link to new products for customers. The link works when I'm signed in but not when I sign out. The last time this happened it took two days before the link worked and that is just too long to keep customers waiting. They used to work immediately so there is definitely something haywire.
Here is an example of a product I created for a customer this morning

The link works just fine for me.
I believe that direct links to products should work so long as the product is Public or Direct-only.

Seems to be taking 5 days to get anything in the marketplace. That's crazy! what's going on?

New products of mine are starting to show up in mp since yesterday. However, 2 of mine from 4/5 still aren't there & not in chronological order, either. Everything after 4/5 is AWOL. Please fix! I made these in time for graduation – it's not in time anymore...😑 There're still 27 new products of mine that are not showing up.

My most recent products aren't showing up in marketplace results either. It's been days, not hours. Here are a couple of examples.

Hi Everyone, let's use this other discussion for products that aren't appearing in the marketplace. Continuing to discuss multiple issues in the same conversation will make the issues more difficult to track.
