New Store - Banner, Products Not Showing on Public Storefront

Hello!

I just created a new store last night (Wed night) and still this morning my banner is not showing on my storefront, nor are my products. My store is set to public, but I'm getting a 404 Error Message when trying to view my products. I've uploaded my banner numerous times and Zazzle still will not show it. It shows in my Settings (pic 3) but not posted on my public storefront. Do I need to contact Help over this? Thanks in advance.

try hitting [Ctrl] and [F5] keys together to force an update.
this action refreshed the banner instantly for me.

That is pretty normal these days. I started a new store on Friday and had all the requirements complete by Sunday. It took until Tuesday to see products and the banner. It was this morning before subcategories published. I am still at -1 Zrank. I have been a Zazzler for several years, so I know I haven't done anything wrong. Don't worry it will sort itself out

to echo @CrazyMermaid's comments with a similar situation: my newest store was opened on October 15, and I've fulfilled all the requirements within a few days. that new store is still at zRank -1.

in a nutshell, it's an indexing issue that over time should resolve itself.

Being stuck with a zrank of -1 is due to a technical issue which is being worked on, although there is no indication as to how long before the problem will be solved.

I opened a new store on October 21. My banner is not yet showing.

I also do Postcrossing!

Thanks for trying so hard. I have been most of the day on the desktop doing my "real" work, and am fully beat......so maybe tomorrow I will see whether I can see the banner on my desktop. If not, it might just be that this is not a problem on my computer.

oh, I've beaten the proverbial dead horse many times ... and that is my feeling, too, as there are other creators who seem to be going through the same thing as you are, and the quick solutions don't appear to be helping.

What about iPad pro users? Anything for us? 

That also worked for mine 🙂 Thank you! Now just need to wait for my products to finally show up in my public storefront.

As CrazyMermaid said my store is also still stuck at zRank -1. I just wanted to ask all of you who just opened a new store if you have the same problem or if it's showing a normal rank for you guys?!

In another thread it was stated that the z rank problem is a known issue. I think in the meantime just keep building your store and posting. Internally your rank may be higher (like a 4+) and your items are probably going to appear in the marketplaces searches whenever indexing catches up, but the rank that you can see is broken.

Trying to change my store banner today and it will not update.  ???  Anyone else having this issue?

(Ctrl + F5 didn't work)

I "changed" mine sometime last week & it's still not updated. (Workaround didn't work for me either)
