Newbie Having Technical Difficulties

Hi there, I am having difficulties with navigating Zazzle. It could be because I'm new and not very tech savvy, although I've never had any other difficulties using other sites. Some products I have created have disappeared. It will not allow me to edit any of my designs on the products still showing. It also will not allow me to add these products to my collection. I managed to add 3 to my collection earlier, but don't understand why those worked and others didn't. It has taken me the whole day to do what should have taken less than an hour, so any help and advice would be hugely hugely appreciated as I would love to make it work.

I remember when I started, some of my troubles related to the fact that I was never sure if I was in the store, or the member profile. I am not sure if teasing those two apart will help you find your products or not, but maybe it will help get you started on finding them.

Some accounts don't have the ability to edit already published products, aside from editing tags, name, royalty etc. But some accounts, especially new accounts cannot edit any of the design features unfortunately; once you publish the design, that is how it will stay. You would have to post a new version for sale if you need to make edits. Not sure why this isn't available on all accounts still. But it's not.

 

Also, indexing has been delayed for a while, so new products aren't showing up in marketplace yet. They will show up soon. Its frustrating but just keep at it.
