No access to Rubber or Self inking Stamps

Can you please tell me if this is a glitch or why I don't have access to create on these products when I was able to before?

I'm still able to see stamps in Zazzle blanks here:

thank you. I found it that way also but I was unable to see a click her to make your own from someone's products when you scroll down.

I'm also unable to find self inking stamps when trying to create a new product.  ?????

One may also get to a NEW product page for rubber stamps by opening an existing stamp's product page ... page down to the "About Self Inking Rubber Stamps"

In the center margin between columns is the link to "Create your own from scratch"
