Hi, I've seen that on my products pages there is a noindex tag preventing them to index on google and show up on google search, is there a way or some requirement necesssary for getting those pages without that no index tag?
My shop Zrank score is 5 by the way.

There is no easy way to explain about what you are asking, but I will give you a sort of overview/explanation.
Zazzle owns the domain, they code it. We are subdomains. We can't alter the backend code, that's for Zazzle, since they own the domain. They control the noindex, not us. We can't change it.
For example, I have a website, I can change the code, noindex etc. I can upload a robots text file for my domain for Google to spider/read. So I can basically change what Google can spider on my domain, because I own it.. But I don't own Z's domain, so the coding is on them, not me.
definition: noindex is a rule set with either a <meta> tag or HTTP response header and is used to prevent indexing content by search engines that support the noindex rule, such as Google.

yes I know what noindex is, the question was why some products on zazzle allow indexing and other have the noindex tag and if there's a fix or a requirement for that noindex thing.

What you found could be very interesting, you should probably point your findings with example links, directly to Zazzle. I have never seen any shops products on Z which had index rather than noindex in the backend code. Probably would not be advisable to post those links here, Z might get testy about it. But I really would hope that Zazzle Moderators posts a reply to your post and explains about your findings.
BTW, I only included the def for noindex for those reading the post who weren't sure about it, exclude yourself. 🙂
And, really pleased that you posted your question, just might prompt Zazzle Moderators to reply.

as an edit to this thread, I probably (well, at least understood something more) the problem.
I've checked out again today and now the 2 designs with the noindex don't have noindex tag anymore and can be indexable.
I guess that it was not a problem but rather a mechanism withing zazzle itself (after all I've also used Redbubble and they do a similar thing, the products are noindex when they are uploaded and appear as public but after 2 days they become indexable as an antispam measure, I guess).
Just thought about letting you know this, if this might interest you too!
