Not able to download my own Design View or Mockups from Zazzle Product Page

Since yesterday I haven't been able to download my product views or mockups for creating cover images.
Is this a 'me' thing or general issue?

Ditto, same here. Some products download fine, others, forget it. Even the same product. I can download 1 binder but not another.

Same here. It was working fine this morning on new products. But I just tried to download another new product and it's not working.

I brought an instant download and i have been unable to download my final design. i really need to get the design sent off for printing.

Hi all,
Sorry to hear about this issue.
I can't replicate this on my end. I have been able to download both the Product Mockup and the Artwork and open on my PC.
Can you describe where in the process the issue is happening? Eg. the button does not work or it downloads but does not open?

Nothing happens when selecting the download tab, doesn't download. It seems to be a coming and going issue.

It seems to be sporadic Mark. 2 products that I could not download the mockup for yesterday were fine today. So typically I click on the product, at the top, more options then download product mockup. Then I see a purple dot with a couple colored circles for a second and then it appears in my downloads. Yesterday when I did the above steps, nothing at all happened when I clicked download mockup or Artwork (current view) Other than testing the 2 labels I had an issue with yesterday. (They worked today) I have not had the chance today to work on anything but will let you know if I have any issues when I do. Thanks!

Hi All,
We passed this along to our engineers yesterday, I received an email that this has been fixed Today. When I tested one or two product mockups and product artwork they are downloading fine for me on my side. If anyone is still experiencing an issue with their product artwork or product mockups not downloading please let us know on this post and we can add the examples.

Similar issue except I cannot even access the download tab or any view to display accept the first one available when posting for sale. The only link I can choose are the real views. Unfortunately the real views do not let me choose a view to post for sale. Any one else with similar issues?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues here. Unfortunately I am not quite clear on what you mean when you say you can't access the download tab? Can you provide a link to a design that displays this error and a screenshot of what you're seeing if possible?

Thank you. I may have not explained well enough. The only Mock up I can choose to post an item for sale with is the plain white background with the product. I am not able to select any of the other mock up views nor the option to upload a mock up.

@De You have to choose one of zazzle's white product views when you first post for sale. Once it is posted for sale, you should see the listing tool bar (on the product page) where you would then upload your own Cover Photo mock up that you have created
You download which view you like by pressing the More Options
edited to add - If you see the listing tool bar in grey - you should be able to upload a Cover Photo https://www.zazzle.com/creators/playbook/learn+about+cover+photo

No I can not. I have not been able to share a link for quite awhile now. That's another issue not resolved although I believe it's my device. This issue with three views is fairly new. If you go my homepage and click on the first product in the current collection it is having this issue. If I touch the edit details option, then product merchandising, I can only see the real view. Which is where it pulls the views up in a separate link to scroll through with no link to the images. The images with a link to pick a view for display are not available. I can upload an image, but since I can not choose an image with a link to display for the product merchandising, it is of no use at the moment. Let me know if you can assist or have suggestions since I can not post a link here. Thanks.

@De When you are in a collection, there is no share button shown on the product image - that is by design. You have to go to the product page directly to get the share link there. (or you can right click and copy link address)
If the share button is not showing on the product page, (square share button) you'll need to disable adblockers as those interfere with them.
Once you have uploaded a cover image to your product and waited for the site to index the changes (24-72 hrs), the cover image should eventually show in your collections

I should have posted this elsewhere Sara. My problem isn't with uploading a mock up. My problem is with choosing any of the mock up views (mine or zazzles). Only the Zazzle plain white background is posting, no matter what I click on. I've had this problem for up to 2 weeks and was waiting to see if it resolved itself as sometimes technically errors do. This topic was closely related to my tech issue, so I thought the issues might be related somehow. Thank you so much for your help.

@De I would create a new post thread in technical giving details of what operating system/browsers/extensions and links to the collection and products that are causing you issues. Sorry I couldn't help

I see this was an issue back in April but, as of yesterday, I'm having what I think is the same problem. I figured I'd at least report it.
I'm not able to download product images to create Cover Photos. On the Listing Tools menu I can access every link EXCEPT the download link. When I click the download link the entire menu disappears.
Here's the Listing Tools menu bar BEFORE I click the download link:
AFTER I click the download link the Listing Tools menu bar disappears completely:
I've tried downloading a few different products and it happens on all of them. I'm using Chrome (laptop) but also tried Safari (iPad) and have the same problem in either browser. I also cleared my cache (because you never know) but that didn't work either.

I am having the exact same issue - I'm on a MacBook Pro using safari, When I create a new item, the product listing bar appears, and I can click "Add to collection" but if I click "downloads" the entire product listing bar disappears! This is happening with about 75% of my new products right now. It's pretty frustrating!

Yes. That's what I've just started seeing too. Click on 'Downloads' and the whole top menu just vanishes.
Edit to add: I'm on Linux OS using LibreWolf browser, but this probably is not the issue as it was working okay yesterday (or the day before).
