Adding To Collections

Is anyone having any issues with seeing new added items in your collections? I notice that as of last Saturday, anything new that I add to collections are not showing, even though I get the popup that says "added to Collection". When I go back to look at my item, the check mark says that it's added to the collection but it's not showing in collection. I've contacted technical support and they told me that sometimes there are lags that can last up to 96 hours but it has been much longer than that and this has never happened before.

@JoeyRocker  When adding to collections now - they go straight to the end of the collection and not at the beginning - have you looked at the bottom of your collection? They may be hiding there.

I know collections are being overhauled so there may be bugs. 

It would help the Tech Team though if you can link the product you're having trouble with and also the collection that you're having issues with

Actually you are correct. They are at the very bottom in which I wasn't expecting that. They never used to be. They were always shown at the top as the most recent added product. That took me by surprise.

I had no idea the new items would go to the end of a collection, I thought it wasn't working properly! Thanks  Sara it was helpful! 🙂
