Not receiving sales emails anymore

Since the start of December, I have not been receiving sales emails from Zazzle anymore. I know I'm making sales when I log into Zazzle and can see my sales there. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Don't think they'll be a fix this side of Christmas but you never know.

Yup, not receiving any emails from Zazzle…sales notifications or their marketing emails. This just started recently.

Same for sales notifications, oddly I do still get the marketing emails.

Yes. I’ve re-enrolled in the sales/royalties emails a few times recently and I’m still not receiving them. I am receiving marketing emails though now.

Yes, it's still the same. I'm not receiving sales emails. Only marketing emails.

My emails have stopped again in the last few days. Perhaps this was due to the slow indexing??

Mine too. They were back for a short while and now they have stopped again.

I had the same problems some years ago. I tried different emails and someone works better.
