Party Hats Do Not Appear in Back End

Party Hats do not show in back end. I just created this one and it does not show my store back end.

I created this one several days ago and it still is not showing in back end. It was also very hard to find it in my store at all or in the collection. Some of that may now be resolved but I still do not see it through the back end.

I have not noticed  this problem with any other product type, only party hats.

Computer is iPad. Browser is Chrome. 

 

I also do Postcrossing!

I came here to report the same issue. I just made few, they don't show up. I've made bunch of other party favors, they all show up fine. This is the first time any product has done this.

I was also wondering why when you search for 'hat', 'party', or 'party hat' in the search bar when you're transferring a design to a new product, party hats don't come up at all.

@pencilcat  on the Create Page, use the main search bar and type in "party hat" - brings up the only template for these hats.

I just created this one ... after waiting a while it has not appear in my store's back end

This issue continues. Maybe once the views start updating, we will find it has been fixed. I'll wait a few days and call in a mod if these don't start to appear.

The hat I posted earlier (3/9/24) still does not show in my back end, nor in the front end.

As of today 3/11/24, still no party hats in back end. Makes it very difficult to do anything with them. Tales the "party" out of party hat. ☹️

I've notified engineering of the issue. Hopefully these will appear in your backend shortly. No action needed from your end of things.

I just searched the back end of my store with a specific filter: party hat. Nothing comes up, even though I have party hats for each and every of my parties.

I also do Postcrossing!

I wonder if you also must be in a category first (under departments) to use a specific search string.
I will try it too now.

Try just Hat or Hats. I have very few hats but they did come up.
Then I would try "party hats" with quotes around it.
See if that helps? Maybe only the product name will work..and not descriptors.

Mine are missing too from the back end @Windy 

I can see mine in the store front ok so cross fingers they're still in the marketplace

But the department 'Paper Party Hats' in the back end - it's empty with 'Sorry no product found'

Looks like they're suffering from the same 'disappearius' that water bottles had the other month

I just created a new "Paper Party Hat" from an old one I located by doing the search as indicated with Quote marks. It did not automatically appear in the backend as do all other products (I think, haven't created another since yesterday).

EDITED: OK - the NEW hat finally appeared in my back-end store.  Now ALL of my paper party hats seem to be in my store. Just good timing on my part (Z finally fixed the problem), or did I bump something to make it work?
