Pinterest Error- Pinning Directly from Zazzle

Trying to share products directly from Zazzle "share to Pinterest" button. Yesterday none of the items could be pinned. Today I was able to share a couple but still getting error on others. It looks like this is a problem posted about before. Screenshot for reference

I tried again today 3/23/2025 and still cannot share to Pin with Zazzle buttons or manually with a link.

It has not worked for me for several days either. I sent a message to Zazzle with a screenshot of the message that prompts up. I received a message back this morning with a link of how to use the Pinterest button to share my products. The message also stated that Pinterest and Zazzle are separate companies and that this is Pinterest's problem. Let me express my shock and disappointment regarding the response I received from the customer service team. Given the nature of the issue raised, I was expecting a more helpful, professional, and understanding reply.

I have tried to pin using my Pinterest browser and I am getting the same error with the URL.

I am experiencing the same thing. same error message. can't pin from zazzle with the [in button. Suddenly started wporking one day for one pin, then went back to not working. I wrote to pinterest. they said talk to your developer.

It was working but it’s happened again the only way I can post is by using my phone. Even that’s nit and miss.

Hi Scott , I understand that this is a huge issue ,which maybe out of your control ! Especially listening to so many of us who are still experiencing problems with posting our products to Pinterest ! Poor you 🙄 having to deal with this ! Is there any way you can find out if the problem is from Zazzle or Pinterest's end?  Re posting  to Pinterest is a major issue ! Sometimes it works, sometimes not ! I still believe that pinterest is the main source of promoting our products , so if Zazzle is not in sink [ Aussie Slang] with Pinterest then ourselves plus Zazzle are loosing many sales!  Jillian

I didn't see this until now by Scott.  But I happened to try to share a pin again via my Samsung tablet a few minutes ago and it worked, and then tried via my Samsung smartphone and it worked.  Works by cllcking the Pinterest red share button, and by clicking and copying the link and pasting into Pinterest.  Thanks for fixing this 🙂

This was fixed - BUT as of 3/17 I cannot Pin from Zazzle to Pinterest again.

Can a mod please look into this problem to get it fixed for good?  So many other's are also having this same problem again, all on different devices and different browsers. Thank you

Just updating that this is still not working with any Zazzle products. I have tried on numerous computers and two different browsers. The items do not post from my personal web page for Zazzle either,  Has Zazzle been banned from Pinterest?

I feel we have been banned from Pinterest, since they seem to be 'demanding' we have to a website no matter what. Since we can not claim our Zazzle website, now what? How does affiliate work, then? I do not want a website, and you do not get accepted for over a year anyway. Thank You

I don't think Zazzle has been banned, as I was paid a referral from "other designers' products" that I promoted. (No problem with URL coming from Pinterest.  But a problem with the present URL (referral or direct link) is generated from Zazzle or the Browser pin button.  The way I see it…the problem is on Zazzle end.  Something is broken.

I agree. I got a message from Pinterest trying to help me fix it but it is still not working. I never got a message back from Zazzle about it. If it was banned Pinterest would have told me so instead of giving me fixes.   Come on Zazzle I am loosing sales. 😞

It's not working again since yesterday. 
While you fix this again can you consider removing the "other designs you might like" shown in pages when you go to a listing from a Pin please? What's the point of loosing my time promoting if all customers can see of my actual product is that thin line at the bottom. As a buyer if I see this page I think the product I wanted does not exist anymore and I would click on one shown. Etsy did this too and everyone hated it. That's how you loose creators trust and love for Zazzle. Please consider it. Thanks!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sometimes we experience temporary communication limitations with Pinterest that impact how pins function. This should be resolved shortly.

I am also getting this error message from my PC. I am able to create pins from my phone, but there is no link attached, it’s just pinning an image.
